Sales and other taxes

Your order may be subject to sales tax, depending on the shipping address provided at check-out. All such taxes will be automatically charged and withheld by us.

Maximum order size

The primary goal of acrylite-shop.com is to offer small order quantities and samples.
Orders are therefore restricted to the maximum size permitted by the courier service we use. For larger quantities and larger product sizes, please contact one of our distributors in your area.

Minimum dimensions

The minimum dimensions for any cut-to-size part is 12” x 12”.

Delivery time

Our standard business days are Monday to Friday only, east coast standard business hours. Delivery will be made within five business days after receipt of the payment – some exceptions may apply. Please note: Next day and second day shipment only applies after the material has been cut and packaged in our facility, not the next or second day after you placed the order.

Combined length and girth

The maximum packaging size for shipping is restricted to 165” or 4,191 mm (1 x length + 2 x width + 2 x thickness of the package inclusive of packaging). The dimensions of sheets that can be ordered are restricted to a maximum length of usually 96” or 2,438 mm and a maximum width determined by the combined length and thickness.

Cutting and packaging charges

Prices quoted in the Shop are per square foot exclusive of any taxes, where applicable; there is an additional cutting and packaging surcharge of $5.00 per cut-to-size piece.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on total weight and overall dimensions. Charges will be indicated separately, before you submit your order.

Payment method

We accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover. Cutting and shipping will only occur after your payment has been cleared.

Cutting and processing

Cut products are supplied with unpolished, rough-sawed edges and with a cutting tolerance of +/- .060” of the order format. Please note the actual product(s) may deviate from the illustrations in color and impression.
